Late to your apptmt every single time. Always understaffed though apptmts are booked days to weeks in advance. The poorest customer service. This place has such promise for specializing in what it does but it shows such clear lack of respect for the customers who support them.

Today my friend & I were so shocked at the new policies and lack of customer service by the receptionist that we walked out vice using their service. From the other reviews, lack of customer service seems to be their motto. First, we were the only customers among 3 employees. The hairdresser was nice. The receptionist was very cold, unprofessional, and bossy. My friend and I wanted to sit together since all the seats were vacant next to the hairdresser's station. We hadn't seen each other in two months and only had a few hours together. The receptionist stated I couldnt sit in any of the vacant seats that were not being used by a hairdresser. She wouldn't even let me sit 6 feet away if it was a Covid concern. So I decided to go shopping. About 5 minutes my friend called frustrated. After all these years of bringing her Aveda shampoo and conditioner they informed her they would no longer use her products due to safety. What safety? Gloves can solve that if they are so worried. Interesting that no one wears a mask but they can't pour an Aveda product on your hair. They then stated they would not leave the moisturizer in her hair for 3 minutes for a deep moisturizing treatment. My friend after using them for years, walked out due to the bossy and lack of customer service. The franchise needs to rethink customer service and price increases for just washing and styling hair especially with all the recent one star ratings.

Terrible service. My hair wasnt even all the way straighten. My roots are still curly. I am never going back here. Attached you will find a picture of my hair after leaving the salon. Furthermore, this morning I came back to the salon which says they are open at 8 am and the salon isnt even open. This salon needs to be shut down immediately. This is so unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate and the Better Business Bureau.
Im back to add more on my experience. The manager calls me back however not with any solutions. I inform her that I still wasnt satisfied with my hair so can she refer me to her best stylist at her location. She states there are no stylist who can do my hair at the time I requested which I found odd because the times listed on Google are apparently not the times the actual Salon is open (as if customers are suppose to know that). Anyways I had the manager refer me to the Washington DC Dry bar location because they still couldnt get it together. I must say its only this Dry Bar location that is providing burdensome service. I hope someone from corporate or whomever owns this Franchise critically looks into how this salon is managed because it seriously needs some help.
