Starbucks Regional Office THIS NUMBER IS FOR CNN

I will no longer support this Company .On June 26, 2022 which was sunday I was in the Safeway at 415 14th St SW DC . I wanted a cup of ice so i went to Starbucks and ask the young lady if i could get a cup of ice and she said no ,so I ask her if iI could buy a cup of ice and she still said no I ask why not even if I am going to pay for it she said no that she was not allowed to do so. I said if it's and inventory problem charge me for the cup she still told me no and refused to sell me a cup of ice .I will no longer spend my money in a place that treats a customer this way . I still cant believe that I could not buy a cup of ice . So Sad Bad Customer Service.

I was sitting in my chair in the van dorn alexandria va 22304 starbucks location and a staff memeber came and kick my sit several times. I expalin she didn't have to kick my chair and she started to yell. Then two other customers got involved yelling at me the whole experience was a mess and I want something done about the these asap.i will not tell anyone about this location after going through that experience

I am from Texas, I am here in Glen Burnie, Maryland visiting my brother, i went to startbucks at 7933 Pasadena, I order hot chocolate , when I drink it , burn my mouth because its really hot and it turn out its coffee not hot chocolate , i tell the sale person, she did not apologized she replaced it with hot chocolate and the cup is not full, way to much whipp cream, I am a regular customer of startbucks. My mouth its hurting because of the burn....
