Total Wine & More Corporate Headquarters (This is NOT a store)

Total Wine is a great store, if you are looking for great customer service, selection, and prices. However, I can do without Total Wine pushing their political agendas on their customer base. The fact that they felt the need to advertise that they are no longer selling Russian-made products is outrageous. Its their right to decide that they dont want to sell specific products, but the signage against it is very racist behavior. Total Wine has Russian customers, they are a part of this country. And Total Wine has the nerve to disrespect and post these unwelcoming signs all over their stores. I used to work for Total Wine, and Im glad I dont anymore. If I worked for them still when the signs went up, I would have quit on the spot. This is a tasteless attempt to stand with one country, and put down another. Local civilians should not be punished for what their government is doing, especially not by entitled old white American dudes.

I went into the Manchester branch and Roy called a manager for a price check. There was no price and he came with an attitude yelling at me because I stated there was a 10% ticket in front of the grange stone case of three bottles. He raised his voice saying Im not going to give you the 10% off.I only came in to buy wine but the young lady was so nice I was going to buy the whiskey. He even told me I cant read. His excuse was he is sick. He sure is sick because only a sick person would treat a customer that way. I will not enter this store or refer anyone to this store. He was humiliating me in front of the customers. This really sucks.

BUYER BEWARE!! Took a trip to Total Wine in Ft Myers, FL this morning. I have been a TW customer for years. Yesterday I was emailed coupons for 15% off of spirits direct bourbon and 15% off spirits direct tequila (below). I grabbed a spirits direct tequila and bourbon. At checkout, my coupons didn't work, so I questioned it. I was told that my bottles were not 'spirits direct'. I then went back to the shelves and took pictures (below). Clearly, both bottles were spirits direct. I then questioned customer service, and they would not honor it, saying that the signs on the higher end spirits direct were supposed to be changed to 'premium spirits', but they forgot to do that. I said, so you send out coupons, and change signage so the coupons can't be used on higher end bottle? They smiled at me and said "yep". Sounds like fraud/bait & switch to me. We ordered online at Pleasant Hill, California. Message assured us order would be ready by 3:00. We were in parking lot by 2:45 awaiting our pickup email, which came in at 2:54. A very rude woman came out and basically yelled at us not to ever wait at the store because sometimes they would be a couple of hours behind. I tried to bring her attention to your ordering website which automatically adjusts availability time to the current order traffic. She challenged me that wasn't the reality. It was her rude tone. She was obviously angered that she had to bring out our order immediately after the email was issued. I live in Texas and my Total Wine folks are wonderful. It has been a long time since someone spoke to me so rudely and with such meanness.
