The quality of the work was good, but disappointed with the lack of communication, especially as there were delays. Seemed to be varying excuses each time we called. 10 days turned into 18 days. And without a rental car, those extra days cost us more money since we needed to get Ubers/Lyfts everywhere.

I really liked the reception I received initially upon calling the receptionist to say that I was in my way, but I would be a few minutes late, due to traffic conditions. I was out at ease when I was told that my late arrival would not impact my scheduled appointment. Also, upon my arrival I was greeted and immediately provided with the necessary papers to fill out with an explanation of each. The technician then surveyed the damage to my side window on the driver's side and explained that it would be replaced. Also, the Enterprise car rental was contacted and a driver was sent to pick me up, since I was leaving my vehicle for the repairs. Finally, I got a call two days later that the repairs/mirror replacement had been completed, and I could pick up my truck.
