Service over all horrible! No one reads your order! Pretzels comes with cheese smh no cheese in the bag goes back he hand me one clearly I have 3 pretzels its like they dont care how they serve your food! Also, we sat at the stall for a half an hour waiting on our food to still not get all of our ingredients!

Owner is clearly a greedy PoS who refuses to hire enough people, buy enough equipment, or whatever else the problem may be, in order to support the thru-put. Orders have an excess of 20 minute wait times for the simplest of items. It has nothing to do with the employees quality. There clearly aren't enough. One guy running the orders bustling. One guy. Almost every drive-in spot is full and there is one guy running orders. This franchise owner is clearly just greedy and doesn't care.

The managers are very unprofessional and rude at this location. I had an concern about an employee (Daughter) and why they put her on the schedule to work, once she got there they refused to let her work. It a lot favoritism here when it's a franchise full of family members that treat their own different than the other employees. When I called about my concern and why my child was refused to work when she was clearly schedule that girl unique was so rude and hung up the phone. The manager Kay never returned my calls. If they can't treat their employees good and fairly, it's no way they can deliver good customers service. Management suppose to lead by example. Cooperate needs to investigate that location that's why your scores are low, and get rid of all of them.

Nothing like a footlong chili cheese coney and a large cherry, vanilla, lime Dr. Pepper. They need to lower the volume on the speakers.
