Mon Dec 30 @ 730 pm, We had to deal with a workers mouth yelling F this F that at the top of her lungs before she had entered the back room. Then it continued for about 3mins. I've never experienced anything in my life from an employee anywhere. Not a very good way to promote business.

I went into the Bel Air location earlier this afternoon and was very surprised at the selection of crafting materials. I ended up buying way more than what I went in for. I thought I did great with my purchases until I got home and realized I was charged twice for only one item. I'd go back but it was 40 miles away where I purchased and the item thankfully was only 3.99. I can just imagine trying to convince a store closer to me that I'm not lying if I tried to get the money refunded for that 3.99 item. My point in mentioning it is to warn others to check their receipts before leaving. Otherwise, it's a great store with many crafting supplies.
