I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude for the AMAZING service received. Rick picked up my mom from the ALF on time. He was extremely careful loading my wheelchair bound mother and her things into the van. Rick advocated with the ALF staff to put the feet onto my mother's wheelchair but the staff said her wheelchair did not have feet. I arrived at the airport a few minutes later and Rick waited for me. Upon my arrival I asked about the feet and he explained the situation. I called the ALF and advised I must have the feet. Rick volunteered to go back to the ALF to grab the feet and bring them back. God is so good that he sent His angel Rick to transport my mother to the airport. Rick thank you for the tremendous service you provided for my mother. I can't thank you enough. God Bless you!

I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an affordable price and outstanding customer service.
I've used Accessible Transport for many years to transport my spouse to numerous doctors' appointments. I'm always satisfied with the services rendered.
Both Mr. Rick & Ms. Valerie(Val) are caring, patient, personable, timely & they go above and beyond for their customers.
