        Ray Vanags was professional and courteous handling our account. The gentleman that serviced our rental, Andre, was an absolute joy to work with. He always made sure that all rentals were clean and serviced. As time would have it, we have retired from doing shows and will not be needing United services next year. I would highly recommend your company though!

        Extremely disappointed in this company as their unit, located at a *heavily*-used athletic field complex, has not been serviced in *at least* two months and is a severe health hazard. I called the number posted on the door a few weeks ago and never got a call back. Today I tried calling their 24/7 line three separate times and, with a sum total of 45 minutes on hold, have still not reached anyone. Given the potential environmental impacts, they really should be more rapidly responsive. (Also, the individuals who contributed to creating this cesspool are animals and bear solidly 85% of the blame for the biohazard.)
