Very pleasant and helpful staff. Fast service, had a requestion for a wrist brace from my Dr. Took me about 10 minutes to fill up the paper work. Got called in soon after and fitted with a brace and released within 15 minutes.

The absolute worse staff and owner June Dunn. The company didnt want to run my childs insurance said i should pay $500 out of pocket for a shoe lift that Ive never had to pay for in my son 15 yrs of walking with a shoe lift. Very rude didnt want to listen to what I had to say. Told me that I should have never been getting the shoe lifts for free through my insurance. I wouldnt refer anyone to D&J medical. Insisted that i wanted them to do illegal claims and that wasnt True every company Ive had in the past for my child shoe lifts all used the same code that D&J was suppose to have used but they that its was ok not to run the insurance. After tell me that they werent running the insurance and that they didnt care . DONT USE D&J MEDICAL

The orthotic fitters are very nice and knowledgeable and the orthotics helped tremendously. However the staff pushing papers and verifying insurance are all horrible and there is always one issue or other with them: asking for ridiculous unnecessary papers, making you pay up front for orthotics covered by insurance and then making you call 5-6 times to get reimbursed when they shouldn't have charged you to begin with. There was not one instance when things went smoothly, always multiple calls and wasted time as if it would highly inconvenience them to be a tiny more helpful!

I was referred to here from across the hall for an orthotic. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful.
