Read my post. Check the vehicle before leaving. Record yourself putting gas into vehicle upon returning it. Snap shot a picture of the mileage upon returning vehicle. TAKE THE KEYS INSIDE AND GIVE IT TO THE MANAGER YOURSELF. I STRONGLY SAY DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR RECEIPT STATING YOU OWE ANYTHING. THESE THIEVES STOLE MY MONEY AND NOW I'M HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING IT BACK. I'M NOT LETTING THIS GO!!!!! Guys be careful who you rent from.

This review is for a worker not the facility. Ralph Williams has the nastiest attitude at 7:30 in the morning because as a customer I know U-Haul system better than he does. I have never been told my preferred method of payment cannot be used. Upon explaining that it can be used. He then decide to put me in the wrong truck and had me pull off the lot as if I wouldnt notice. I then get back to the facility to see if he will correct his wrong and he tries to tell me its my fault that I was in the wrong U-Haul truck. Upon him giving me the right truck. The truck hasnt been clean and it smells like straight marijuana. I dont have the name of the worker that assisted me once I had my new truck. But he apologize several times for the attitude that was given this morning by Ralph Williams

I had a great experience with u-haul. Whenever I need to rent a trailer I come to Washington Blvd. They always have what I need in stocks. This car trailer I rented with a hour notice I reached an email and picked up and was gone.
