I placed a pick up order through Uber eats, when I went in to pick up the order I asked the employees if everything was included in the bag including silverware napkins and each item. I was told everything is in the bags. When I got to my destination I found a post it note telling me that there was no more Maryland crab soup, hope I like clam chowder. Firstly that’s not what I ordered, secondly I have food allergies, including dairy. Secondly, The Panini I ordered of My Husband was so full of some sort of sauce that they put on the tomato basil and mozzarella sandwich that it was a soggy mess. This was a complete waste of time and money. Absolutely never again!

Good grief! Dairy allergies are not respected here! I didn’t have a way to contact them about this! The phone must be off the hook. I unselected everything that I’m allergic to and they put it in my food anyway! I’m super upset! I’m almost positive no one changed their gloves! You can’t even write for special instructions! I am more than upset about this!

Terrible! Ordered on Door Dash & had to get almost a full refund credit! Completely got my order wrong! Dasher called me upon arrival at the store saying that they were out of something that I didn't even order! Took nearly 2 hours to get to me & it tasted horrible! Really wishing that I had read the reviews first! Never again! The incompetence blows my mind!
