Extremely rude customer service. I set an appointment to retrieve my property and the Woman on the phone lied to me on the phone said there was no location here. I literally retrieved the information from the finance company and it's displayed on Google. I drove over an hour in the middle of the day. These people are souless and disgusting.

I went to the Clinton location….I’m only giving them four stars instead of five because of the damage I received on my vehicle when I went to retrieve my vehicle. Which is the drivers fault. I personally witness how rough the drivers are with the cars. Besides that the staff was very nice at the front desk. Before I got my car out they allowed me to get my kids uniform out so they can go to school. I was really skeptical about this place because of all the bad reviews but I have to say I had a different experience. Nothing was stolen out my car and I had some valuable and expensive items in my car. Everything was returned back to normal. Thank you.

They try and distort money from people who had there cars towed to their location.
