        waited 5 hours just to be seen for a 5 minute procedure

        This was my first time going here and the services were great. I was educated about the procedure and had no questions, the counselor and the front desks staff are amazing. The ultrasound tech/MA was awesome. The scenery of the place is sooo relaxing. Staff called to check up on me. Offered me water and snack, Walked me outside will come back for gyn care

        Quick appt, friendly staff, treated my daughter (and me) with respect. Thank you treating my daughter with care and compassion during this time.

        They were great until it was time to process a refund for over payment. Each time I have called just to confirm it is being processed so I can notify my FSA administrator to refund my card the employees act as if it a hassle to check and follow-up with me. They have been paid twice (by my insurance company and myself) and cannot seem to give me information on my refund. Highly disappointed.
