This place is HORRIBLE! Do not rent from any of their properties. Run!!! The employees do not communicate at all, they do not fix things, they do now follow up, trash is overflowing from the dumpsters. I wish I had saved myself the stress and headache!!!

Went to move in a friend. On the move in date LISTED ON HIS LEASE, the office was closed. No big deal, we should be able to have maintenance let us in or use the emergency contact number listed bc it is an emergency. We called, got ahold of maintenance, who contacted the property manager. They told us to get bent and to wait until tomorrow.

Mice and cockroaches infestation, staff is unprofessional, items in the apartment are not repaired even after MULTIPLE maintenance request, staff play the blame game where they don’t know why the other staff is refusing to do their job design, and when calling for the staff to provide services they claim the staff is not there and no staff return calls to the residents. Poor customer service and when trying to call home office they do not answer or return phone calls. This is the most horrible place I’ve ever lived and yes all of the rent they charge there’s no place to park!!

It was a pleasure speaking with someone from the corporate level and having my issue resolved and my concerns addressed in a timely manner. Kudos to Sage!
