The plumber came to fix my boiler was outstanding. He had a crystal clear understanding of what was wrong and was a master of his craft. I was able to follow along with everything he was saying since he was so thorough in his explanations. He went out of his way to find and pick up a hard-to-find part for my boiler himself.
