Wow! This company is not BBB rate...I have a close business partner who leases space from this company and contacted me regarding how they have applied back to there payment portal late fees and payments that was paid in full. Plus the up coming payment that is not due until the 15th of this current month. This partner of mine is libbit. Because once she made her payment, it took everything on her. Check to make sure this account. What's up-to-date and now it's reading that nothing has been paid. How can a company who's from the United Kingdom? And there's no way to talk to a human be in the office. That really counts because their local offices are limited to how much they can do. There is no one they can speak to and come to find out that all of the responses seem like there are computerized where a Human being may be cutting and pasting comments because they cannot Talk to people. They want to be reported to the FCC. This company Home Office is in the United Kingdom and the local offices have limited ability to handle the corrections. That's needed. No one should have to go through this every month when they're going to the portal to make their payments. There had to be a better way to of handling any accounting issues here in the United States America. There needs to be monitoring of companies that operate in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA .

I visited the office earlier last month and signed up for their services. The person I worked with to sign up for the services is Alejandro Chairez (Alex). He has been great and he took the time and efforts to walk me through their services. Alex is the best representative I worked with because he understood my needs and worked with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Regus and I am grateful to have their services.
