Jonathan did an excellent job tuning my thirty-year old upright piano. It sounds better than it has in years. He was very friendly, helpful and thorough. He was also very flexible when I needed to change my original appointment to another day. I highly recommend him and will be using him again.

Our experience with Jonathan was magnifico! He was very understanding and flexible when we rescheduled our initial appointment. During our piano’s tune-up, Jonathan educated us on the current state of the piano, how it’s engineered, and how he’ll be fixing it. He was diligent, kind, and answered all our questions. Jonathan did a superb job with my piano. It had been in transported from LA to Baltimore, and left in storage for 3 months. You can imagine how bad it sounded. Jonathan tuned it back to life from the brink, and it sounds absolutely magical. A great guy with an excellent service! Highly recommended. Thank you Jonathan.
