Bellhop Moving

These bunch of guys were the most professional, friendly, qualified gentlemen I could imagine to do our move. Jean, Dijon, Toy, Donte, and Jaquel really did an excellent job and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Jaquel, EK and Nas did an outstanding job with our move to the new house a few doors down! They arrived early, were super courteous and got the job done, even with some challenging pieces and LOTS of stairs. The entire experience with Bellhop was top notch.

My guys were so nice! Big smiles, conversational, good team work and they made sure to ask me questions to get it all exactly right. And we're done super fast! Easy job for me... Needed some heavy furniture moved around the house to basement. It was worth it to hire through bellhop... Trusted the people were vetted, scheduled a window and it was easy as that.

Bellhop I really wanted to give bellhop a chance. They seemed to be very affordable, and when placing the original quote, they seemed to be an okay company. When it came to moving day, I was charged an extra 3 hours, all of my furniture was not moved because they didn’t bring a large enough truck, and the movers were completely inexperienced. I specifically stated that we needed drop cloths to be used, and that I had furniture that needed to be disassembled and reassembled. They didn’t have any cloths, I had to use my own padding for my furniture, they left my wooden items in the rain, and they didn’t even have the basic elements to do the job such as a screwdriver or hex wrench. When I complained to the corporate office, they offered a 10% discount which is absurd. They sent a team of 3 men, and only two of them actually worked. One consistently complained of having muscle spasms, and literally hid in the truck to avoid working. I will never recommend this company to anyone because it was a horrific experience. I still have a kitchen table that they didn’t put back together because they were rushing to leave to go to another assignment before completing what they were supposed to do. I would have paid the same amount I was charged, had I used a more expensive company and the work would have been done correctly. I do not wish the experience I had on anyone as this isn’t even everything that went wrong.
