I had an awful experience with this office. In short, I scheduled an appointment, firmly believing it was on a Thursday because I wouldn't have booked it for a Wednesday, a day when I have a standing commitment. To my surprise, I called to cancel on Wednesday, thinking my appointment was the following day, only to be told they'd charge me $100 for a no-show. I understand their policy, but it was clearly a clerical mistake. While I should have paid more attention to their reminder emails, I'm usually meticulous about my calendar, and the appointment had been there for weeks. Not to mention, my last visit with Kristin was canceled at the last minute due to her illness, and now they won't extend a one-time grace period for me? As a long-time patient, it seems they'd rather profit from a cancellation fee than retain me as a patient. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
I also want to add apparently Im not the first person who complained about scheduling being messed up. See below for the other reviewer, as quoted she scheduled the time of my appointment incorrectly and I couldn't attend.

Contacting the office is a hit or miss, as they rarely answer the phone and do not return voicemails. Kristin Kelly, NP was not a helpful provider at all. If you want to constantly be spoken to like a child, have a provider that doesnt inform you about your care, and has a dismissive attitude, then this is the right provider for you! I am beyond relieved to be transferring my care to a much more personable and caring provider, as my experience at this office was terrible.

Getting an appointment was very easy and the staff including the therapist that I spoke with all seem friendly. I really only had one appointment (which was mainly an intake and learning session). One appointment was cancelled because the therapist had an emergency, the other was cancelled because she scheduled the time of my appointment incorrectly and I couldn't attend. I gave 1 star because my last appointment I didn't receive a reminder email or text but it was on my calendar, so I called and asked the receptionist about my appointment and I was told that my therapist left the office 2 weeks ago and asked did she make me aware, well obviously not if I'm calling about my appointment. I was offered an appointment with another therapist but why would I accept an appointment from another therapist when the leaving therapist or the office didn't properly inform patients that she would leaving the practice, not cool AT ALL!
