Baltimore Medical System – Highlandtown

This was a great experience for my wife and I. The entire team and experience was TOP KNOTCH. Every single employee I spoke to was nice, conversational, and helpful. From the front desk, to registration employee, insurance associate, nurse, doctor. 100% would recommend this place. Parking was a breeze as we had street pay parking for less than $3 for hours of time. Parking garage had plenty of spaces under the suite. Elevator access is perfect I look forward to taking our child there for a followup

Worst customer service! They dont care about the time of ur appointment! If u have an appointment at 9 they wont attend u till 12/1! Also if ur primary doctor is not there u have the option to see someone else and some doctors are rude

NO STARS!!!!The psychiatric department in this center is horrible. They have canceled my last 6 appointments and have left me with no medications. I have been calling the provided number but you can't reach the center. I AM TIRED OF GETTING MY APPOINTMENTS CANCELED THE DAY OF. I think my doctor quit but they won't tell me. I have never felt so abandoned and helpless in my life. I NEED my MEDICATIONS. What's wrong with you people??
