No appointments available. Flu shots are available but you have to call back for appointment while suppies last. No mental health appointment available. The waiting list is close. Over compacitated I would think.

GIVING THIS PLACE 1 STAR IS 1 STAR TOO MANY!! I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE!! AND THE MAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I always judge my experience on how welcomed I feel from checking in. Dr. Smith's office was very polite, respectful and helpful.

Second time i have called this facility to get bills and records for my client. The first time, in October, I was told that they would just fax it over ( they wouldn't give me a fax number to submit my written request).  Here we are months later ...I called to follow up on my request and was quickly reminded of the ridiculous amount of time i was on hold before. The receptionist seems to be unknowledgeable. I don't really blame her as her superior wasn't really helpful. Customer service skills from one professional to another were horrible, i can only imagine how they treat their patients.
