My previous Agent had retired and I have not had an agent for the past few years. I had a lot of questions regarding my existing car insurance. Don and his assistant, Kim, took the time to explain Nationwide's programs to me and to answer my questions. Don is a very service oriented individual and gives his all to his customers. I highly recommend you contact Don if you have any insurance needs or questions. After speaking with Don, I also changed my condominium coverage I had with another company for many years to Nationwide. The coverage I now have is better and the cost is lower. Don is very professional and knowledgeable regarding all types of insurance needs and will give you honest answers.
