I had been with State Farm for 16 years with no issues... until I was automatically transferred to this branch. Like others have said, you do not get return calls, or any correspondence unless it's to tell you that you owe them money. I called on a Friday morning to set up a new policy because I was purchasing a new vehicle. I gave them all the necessary info, got off the phone, then continued finalizing my purchase paperwork. An hour goes by so I call back and was told "oh mike isn't in the office and he's the only one who can initiate a new policy". Excuse me... what? And this is something you neglected to tell me on the first call? Over the next few weeks, I called multiple times to get everything straightened out and of the 8 times I called, 7 of them, Mike was not in the office - during normal business hours. This branch is an absolute JOKE! Fortunately, all these issues prompted me to look for a new insurance company and now I get calls back and prompt service, and saved a ton of money! Look elsewhere for insurance!

Horrible service no one ever answered the phone ever. Or any questions you have when you leave messages. They are truly horrible. I have never experienced this with State Farm in 25 years.

I would give zero stars if I could. I even tried to talk to Mr. Sutton himself nicely about the importance of customer service and suggested a company meeting They do not call you back and flat out lie to you so they can make more money off of your policy. We had a car that we weren't able to drive because it needed more work to pass inspection and the tags expired. We asked it to be dropped to liability. I even did it from the app. I made multiple calls and was told it was taken care of. It never was. We had to pay full coverage on a vehicle for 4 months that we couldnt drive. And that's just the beginning. We moved over the summer and told Mr. Sutton and his team immediately. Months later our bill just keeps going up and we are told it is because we moved. Our bill went from $180 a MONTH to OVER 4 times that amount a MONTH! We had no choice to pay it because we were told our policy would be cut off. Thank God we found an amazing agent by our new house who says that NONE of this makes any sense. Unfortunately, even after over a month of phone calls we can not get Mr. Sutton to send the neccessary paper work to transfer our policy to our new agent. We have been calling corporate and are hoping that we are close to getting it transferred. We had been paying monthly the WHOLE time because Mr. Sutton and his team do not offer any discount for paying the 6 month premium in full. We were sent an email saying if we didnt make another riculously large MONTHLY payment, our policy would be cut off on the 15th of November. Yesterday we got mail from Sutton and his amazing team of crooks that our policy was paid in full ($1,350.23) until JUNE 2020. Conveniently, the last two payments we made were exactly $1,350.23. He wouldn't transfer it because he wanted that check. EVERY insurance company knocks money off if you pay the 6 month premium in full. I went online and got multiple quotes to see how much of a discount other companies would offer for paying ahead. The LOWEST discount offered was $170. They are lying thieves. They were threatening to cancel our policy to get us to pay ahead another 6 month premium so they could collect the commission from it which is why they wouldn't transfer us to the new agent. I will be reporting all of this to every neccessary agency, blasting it all over the internet which will be easy bc my father does MAJOR marketing and has an amazing team to produce videos for facebook pages and websites. So instead of marketing a company to IMPROVE their business I will be making sure every group I'm in on facebook, every company page I have access to, every website I have access to is aware of these crooks. And I have all of the documentation for proof, from call logs to emails and recorded calls. I highly suggest nobody EVER uses this "agent" for ANYTHING. It's pretty bad when you have 2 positive reviews and one of them also has the last name SUTTON. I dont know how people sleep at night taking money out of childrens mouths. I can not tell you how much stress and anxiety this has caused having to come up with these insanely high payments. This has caused so many problems for our family. It makes me sick that people could be ok with this. Hopefully for the sake of mankind, I will be contacted by someone who cares and wants to make it right. I am really losing faith in humans.
