Prosource 180 Middle River, Md...We were pounced on the moment we walked in the door by 2 salesmen in training and 1 sales manager. We explained we were looking to remodel our kitchen and wanted a quote on some cabinets. We were told immediately that we should expect to replace our flooring too because people usually have to after replacing cabinets. I said our flooring is only a few years old...didn't matter they said. So that evening we sent them our measurements. It took over 2 weeks to get an estimate on cabinets to us. We emailed them immediately and said we have a few questions about what we can do to bring the costs down a little..they were not wholesale like they advertise...builders grade cabinets at $5000 w/o install. They never responded. I called and left messages for Jennifer to please call us so we could discuss our project. No one would ever call us. So we have taken our business elsewhere. Prosource is only interested in the fast sell. No customer service qualities at all. Not recommended.

Buyers beware! Not only did we receive horrible quality merchandise, my payment information was comprised as well. Be very careful when doing business with these folks. I would advise maybe even performing background checks on the sales persons before handing over any form of payments . I'll be reporting them to the BBB

Do not recommend at all!! Always different employees working there which is never a good sign. My bathroom remodel was delayed by weeks because they said everything was in stock when in reality none of it was. They had already received my payment in full when I realized they ordered me the WRONG tiles. Since the employee that ordered them in the first place was no longer working there they kept blaming it on him. Regardless of whose fault it was I was paying the cost. They have a strict no refund policy, EVEN if it was their error.

My contractor sent me to them to pick out tile, counters, cabinets for a bathroom remodel. Every step of the way has been a nightmare. Early on it took a month of calling to find out that a sample tile we were told was coming was never ordered because the manufacturer doesn't do samples and I was looked at like I was an idiot for not knowing this. It's not my industry so how should I know that? Right now we have been begging for a tracking number for a cabinet made in Canada that was supposed to shipped 2 months ago. If it was not already paid for I would have canceled the order, grown my own trees, learned carpentry and made my own cabinets. Would have certainly been faster! Beware any contractors that tell you they use this office. It's home depot grade materials with even worse customer service than HD and higher prices. Never again!
