I ordered a Mother's Day flower online and it went to Village Flower Mart. My delivered was scheduled for 5/10/13 and they sent my flowers on 5/7/13 to my mom's job. Than I didn't get the balloons that I ordered with the flowers. The Manager Cheryl lied and said she would resend my flower on 5/10/13 with the balloons. I called again today and she said I should have not told I would resend the flowers because I sent the money back to the online florist company and allowed your mom to keep the flowers since it was our mistake. I told her I paid 73.00 and for my flower arrangement to only have 2 roses was simply crazy and a rip off. They do not have any customer service and I do not recommend using an online florist to find a instate florist to send anyone flowers for you or using Village Mart period.
