This is the worst company to work for. I worked for this company for 14 years always helped in all store. Make this company so much money. The store are over priced. Dont care about employees. Dont donate to this company.

10/12/22 Today at Ritchie Hwy Goodwill;   I have been a shopper there for years and everyone knows me as I have a service dog with me and a leash that identifies "Service Dog" I am a disabled Vet , service connected and my dog is highly trained to obey instantly any of the commands he is trained for. I was there today to buy luggage and took two items up front and asked on of the check out employees if I could put the items behind the end of counter so I could shop further and was told yes.  As I was going to the back a lady identified herself  as the new manager and asked if I had a "card" to prove I required a service animal. I asked her name and she said "Desi".  I usually have my dog's collar with a tag that indicates he has been trained yet those are available to acquire online but brought another collar today. There is no "card" and explained this as well as I and "CoCo" have been shopping there for years without one single problem. Desi then said I had to leave the store because I had no "card". I then took from my wallet my Federal ID that identifies me as a disabled veteran with my photo and she refused that to my disbelief. She then said for me to call the corporate office which I did but was only for voice mail. I then went to her office and she was on the phone showing someone the video of me behind the counter which a cashier gave me permission to do so. Over 30 plus years as a Disabled Vet with several service animals have I been treated like this. I know my rights and with this treatment and disrespect I informed Desi I would call the police  to have a record of this abuse and this I did . Two policemen showed up and I explained the situation. I now have this on record so that I proceed with the Federal Law  that is is punishable by law $10,000 fine and I will be suing Goodwill for this if not more when I am advised by my attorney. Also to note when the police arrived Desi hid in her office in the back and didn't come out. I am going to pursue this for myself and hopefully other civilians and Vets that are treated in this manner .  Also I took a pic of a doggie in a cart  while there waiting for police ??

I donated my car and donation process itself was pretty complicated, causing more headache than necessary. They will harass you until you literally give up your car, then won't help you with any tax related issues that will cost me more. AVOID AT ALL COST.
