Sue is amazing!! I travel all the way down from finksburg to use all of her services. I trust her with my most important clothing including my wedding dress which she has right now. All of my friends and a few co workers also use her. All 6 of my bridesmaids have they're gowns there being altered. She knows what she's doing and she's a sweet as can be.

Seamstress work only - I didn't use the dry cleaning service. I took a wool winter coat in to have the sleeves taken up about an inch. They pinned one sleeve (with only a clothes pin to mark the new length) and I talked to them about how they would handle the 4 faux button holes on the sleeve. The bottom one would be affected by the alteration, but the other 3 would be fine. They said they would remove the bottom one and redo it above the others (so in the end there would still be 4 faux button holes). I stressed that this was not at all a rush job and they could take as long as they needed. They said it would be done 4 days later. When I picked up the coat, the sleeves were not the same length (one is about a half inch shorter than the other) and they had removed all of the faux button holes on the sleeve, instead just re-attaching three of the sleeve buttons to the fabric, all very close together (touching). I now have to find a new tailor and pay for another alteration to fix their poor work and re-add the faux button holes.
