Very unprofessional dentist office, with poor customer service. I went to this dentist office on 2-19-2024 and had a horrible experience but attempted to get them another chance. I had an appointment at 11am and I was not seen until 12:50pm and it took them 10 minutes to look at my teeth. I came back for a cleaning on 4-3-2024 and this time I was the very first patient and I wait 25 minutes and they still didnt call me. The associates play in the back and take their time. No one was there for me and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the Maryland health department. You guys cant get away with being this disrespectful to your clients. If I have to pay for missing or being late you should have to also be held accountable for the ridiculous wait times and unprofessional attitudes.

I really like it there everyone was so nice and professional and made me feel so at ease with what i was getting done I found myself a new dentist home 5stars
