        I needed a new remote control for TV and such. So I called. I don't remember exactly when but it was early afternoon. The remote was at my door step early the next day. Hollyhell! I'm not saying they have 24 hours service, but I was taken care of in LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Ooohra!!
