        Steve was the best home inspector that could have been recommended. He went above and beyond to inspect all possible issues, and I'm a firm believer that its better to be informed about an issue than to be ignorant of a possible one in the future. He was thorough, professional, and educated us throughout the process. He took photos of potential issue areas, documented everything, and we left with a copy of his inspection in hand. As of 2017 Steve has been performing home inspections for 38+ years and his experience shows. I have no qualms about recommending him, his expense is well worth the investment.

        Steve is an out and out liar he magnified problems that are not there. I had contractors go behind him and say there was no issue with many item. I spent a lot of money on items that did not need fixing. He gouges his customers he is a total pos
