Very unprofessional!!!! Be careful when you call the receptionist is very rude!!!! I had two lawyers from this firm both was very terrible I had the pleasure to deal with one other the original owners and he was awesome until he retire, these new ones dont even care to call you to discuss your case very insensitive.. in both cases I had to chase down both lawyers for payment they do no keep you informed I was also told I had to wait for them to deposit the check before I was paid?????? Ive never heard of such thing the lawyer making you wait for money to clear their account you can believe this will be me and my family last time dealing with such unprofessionalism

Very UNPROFESSIONAL, needs to learn how to communicate. Communication requires listening to others when talking and not talking over others. Looking at the replies to the reviews tells it ALL. First impression is everything! I seen a review on here that went through the same thing I did with just a consultation! They really need to work on customer service skills as well as listening .

I have never in my life endured such rude behavior when calling a place of business I was hung up on three times and the lady that answered the phone didnt even listen to my problem or anything.She cut me off and made me look like an angry black women and I do not appreciate that. I hope the calls are recorded because they need speak with whom ever that answering the phone.
