        I do not know who the person that wrote that Herb Thayler is a scam artist is. unless he is somebody that was sued by Mr Thayler and lost, which is pretty much everybody that he sues. I own a commercial colletion agency in Florida, and I have worked with Herb Thayler for over 20 years, I cannot think of even ONE instance that I turned a debtor in the Baltimore area over to his office for suit that he has not recovered my client's money on. Herb Thayler is one of if not the finest commercial collection attornies in the United States, and my agency works with law firms all over the Country. There is not ONE lawyer I would recommend above Herb Thayler, and I guarantee I am no shill, I own United States Credit Adjustment Corp.
