The gym is great, is very complete, affordable prices, clean. Only one bad thin, there's one lady with her headphones on Saturday afternoon. I requested help she didn't even move, like she didn't care, I bet they are not customer oriented people. Other than that, everything is good.

Ive been to a number of gyms in the area, and nothing comes close to the value, cleanliness, customer service, and equipment availability of Spunk Fitness in Golden Ring. Ive been using the facility for 7 years now and still have a big smile walking in and a big smile walking out. The sauna is a game changer post-workout, the locker rooms are always spotless, and the weights are meticulously organized and cared for. Massive windows and an open floor plan gives the facility a very lively and welcoming vibe that is unmatched. They have tons of classes and coaching available, friendly staff, smoothies, etc. or you can get in, get jacked, and get out if thats your style. Spunk fitness really does provide the best facility around, and it does it at the best value around. Their pricing is simple and communicated clearly, and feels like one of the very few gyms that isnt out to get you. If youre looking to join a gym, look no further, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Plenty of benches, roasting hot sauna, unparalleled cleanliness and atmosphere, with a no-nonsense, unreasonably affordable price plan. At the very least, get your butt in the door and do a day-pass I guarantee your gym search will be over.

Love this place, great equipment, friendly atmosphere, great staff and cleaning but the only thing i dont like that recently it hasnt been open 24/7 recently, just hoping it becomes open 24/7 soon
