You can never reach management. There are mice already in the building so if you move in I hope you have a cat. The entire team does they want. You won’t have a voice as a resident here whatever they say it’s their way or the highway. Security lies and management will back them up. You can’t have packages delivered to your door. In order to get your package you have to pick up by 8pm. Security accompanies residence unit when 3rd party contractors have to visit your unit which I never heard of. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK. I HATE IT HERE.

Very out of order and seem to have this gloom yet confusing energy was talked down at. Just inquiring about apartments was yelled at about my mask while the officer at the desk didn’t even have a mask and when I asked about that. I was told I’m behind the desk you just came from outside oh ok. Just chuckled. So when I finally did get to speak with some one I was asked to come back. Never did found more inclusive apartment two blocks away.

Will always be what it is the property manger isn’t well she is very above her residence you definitely can tell that she does not live around the people she so called came to recuse under Kim James we have had over 13 deaths the two months of her arrival a man got shot in front of the building. She’s not very effective so far I’ve been apart of three security switches and the last two have been the worse they watch the cameras like hawks and are not discrete about it they come into work and watch who went where and who’s doing what which is ok. But sometimes it can become invasive and the head security officer is sometimes seen after shift talking to the police and you also have to give your id once you come in they now give it back but put it into a system we as the residents should have some type of knowing to what security is really doing. They talk about residents laugh at there short comings and seem to think it’s ok. Moving into the jay vanstory will not make you happy the resident are all in the way even when your out in the community it’s like a trap. I’ll definitely give another update just want to save anyone that wants to move here it’s might looks nice in pictures but come in and stay about a hour in a half you will be asking is this shepherd Pratt
