They fixed a chronic nagging heating and plumbing problem that others had been unable to solve. We recommend them to everyone who appreciates skill, honesty and fair affordable pricing.

        They were 45 min late (so I was late to work), and tried to charge me over $1300 for a couple hours of work to replace a kitchen sink (more than double a previous estimate I received).

        Their ad states emergency services. So after losing electricity for 16 hours due to the awful weather on Dec. 23rd, our furnace did not work. The house was 47. After speaking to someone from Shipleys, we were told that there was no one for emergancy services and "good luck". I guess their ad needs to be revamped.
