I contacted Appliance Repair Services when my washing machine suddenly stopped working.  Lee Moore is everything you could hope for in an appliance repairman.  He is punctual, informative, efficient, thorough and helpful.  After several attempts to determine whether my 24 year old Kenmore washing machine was repairable, he demonstrated why it was not, then took the time to empty out all of the water still in the tub (when the washer stopped working) so the next work crew wouldn't need to do that (or make a watery mess) to remove that machine. In addition, Lee recommended a new washer based on his years of experience with those washers not needing early or significant repair.  Lee is the repairman I call for all of my appliance repairs.

After contacting 6 different companies with no luck I came across Appliance Repair Services to get my dryer fixed. Within 48 hours of first contacting them my dryer was fixed! Super pleased with the service and will definitely be using this company for future appliance needs!

Highly recommend.  Lee has repaired several appliances for me over the years both at my home and rental property.  Washers, dryers, refrigerators. His pricing is transparent and he's a pleasure to work with.  He works well with the tenants coordinating schedules.  I always get positive feedback from them as well.

My fridge compressor quit and I could not get anyone to fix it due to the warantee with the manufacturer. That is too long a story for here, btu the important part is that Lee called me back after hearing my voice mail and offered me sage advice as I ultimately decided to just get a new fridge. His candidness was very refreshing and allowed me to better focus on more reliable manufacturers of these very expensive devices. I will say, IF I have any issues with my new fridge I will be 100% sure to call Lee first to provide any necesarry services. It is not that often that you get this type of very personal assistance. The very next day I was actually shopping for the new fridge and Lee answered a text with a question about one I was looking at...ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND!! I have not been an official customer, but he wll defeinately be my first choice in the Annapolis area!! Thanks Lee!

Highly recommend! Lee responds quickly and was able to check out my dryer and get it working again in no time. He walked me through everything from diagnosing the problem to replacing the heating element to tips for maintenance. Being a first-time homeowner, I'm used to calling the landlord to handle it, so I appreciate Lee taking the time to explain things in detail and answer all my questions.
