Dr. Knoll was quick and informative. I appreciated his bedside manner and my procedures were painless. Katie (I believe is the receptionists name) was very friendly and efficient. Had a great overall experience and will recommend them.

I am a busy mom with a 1 year old. My appointment was at 9:15. I got there a little late, 10 minutes to be exact. The next appointment was at 10am and she was there, older lady who as soon as I walked in said to the receptionist "you told me I could go in shortly before this lady walked in". The receptionist tried to help me but the doctor decided that 10 minutes was too much and I needed to come back another day. I explained to them that my daughter did not sleep the night before and that I have been awake since 4am and didn't actually get any good sleep. The receptionist called the doctor back and the doctor wouldn't budge.
I felt like crying. I had been waiting for this appointment for a long time, and it is hard to be predictable with a 1 year old. It was hard enough getting out the door with my baby and not having slept. Doctors are always late, but when an exhausted mom of a one yet old shows up 10 minutes late, even-thou there is 35 minutes between her and the next appointment this practice sends her back.
