    From the get go, my son Brian Kurukulasuriya who moved to Annapolis, MD for employment , and myself Damascene K. his dad , and our entire family were extremely impressed about everyone and everything at Annapolis Bay Properties . Here is why ? We had to call ahead from our home town at Columbia, Missouri within 10 days to get an apartment . This was one of the very few apartment companies in Annapolis who were very responsive, respectful and additionally were excellent customer friendly Leasing Professionals. They were highly professional and helpful to our inquiries and answered the phone at ALL times. 1. When we called , we were greeted and respected by a friendly REAL HUMAN VOICE , at the leasing office, and not emotionless Robot AI answering machines ( the average Robot all over USA, now will waste 15- 30 min of your time and irritate you , before connecting to a real-HUMAN ! ) 2. Ms Jasmine Anderson Leasing Manager was a delight to work with . Ms Anderson was super nice , very friendly , extremely eager to help, highly professional and very respectful . She listened very patiently without rushing us, spent ample time to take care of our needs. She quickly elevated us to Ms Keisha Holloway Property Manager and also Ms Nicole Hardy Assistant Property Manager, who were equally kind , highly professional, and extremely helpful. Their Property maintenance chief Mr Cortez was immediate to respond to some very minor issues. 3. Everything was expediently taken care of to meet our needs in all respects. The apartment was very nice, clean as described. When we arrived on Apr 08 2024 we were greeted and welcomed and made very comfortable ; it was a fantastic and a very pleasent experience. 4. This property is amazingly clean, very well maintained, very safe, in a beautiful setting . The area around the complex is an extremely nice and safe neighborhood. It has ample parking . 5. No trash, No vermin , No garbage, No graffiti here ! This place exceeded all our expectations in all respects. The Property is located is a very convenient place to all the amenities 6. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped ; Yes, it looks more like a Resort than an Apartment complex ! 7. The leasing office layout and ambience is STELLAR ! It resembles a 5 Star Hotel lobby !     Ive been in my Annapolis Bay apartment for over a year now and I have to say its been a pleasant experience! My daughter and I moved here to Maryland from Ohio and we love it here. The office staff are very attentive to any and all questions and concerns. Maintenance staff are respectful and address requests in a timely manner. We love the amenities especially the pool! In addition to great customer service and the pool, the front office hosts events for the residents which really brings the community together! My apartment is clean and free of uninvited guests, all my appliances work and are in excellent condition, including the washer/dryer that came with renting the apartment. Im pleased to say that this apartment complex is very peaceful with minimal noise disturbances. I love my attached garage especially in the winter! My only con is the complex is advertised as a gated community but the gate has been non operational more than operational over the year plus Ive lived here. Overall, I love my apartment which is why Im still here!

    My time at Annapolis Bay was not ideal, and here are some reasons why: NEGATIVES 1. Around my second month there, the stench of urine outside my garage became extreme. There were yellow puddles on my car and concrete outside my apartment. I came to find out it was from the dogs above me peeing and pooping on the deck (disgusting & sad). After a total of 3 times of trying to contact the front office, with promises to handle the situation, attempts were finally made to do something. 2. There was a time when my girlfriend came home to a door being locked that neither of us had locked. Upon finally entering our place, things had been touched their neither of us touched and outlets messed with that we didnt mess with. We, again, came to find out that forms of maintenance checks were being performed without our knowledge or any type of communication. I am now living in a different state, at a different apartment complex, and I get a typed letter of when and what times theyll be coming into my place for maintenance (this is the standard) 3. On the maintenance side, work orders were very slow to a point where we had to buy our own ice machine before maintenance came to fix it, more than a month later. Also, the gates on the property rarely worked, and it was broken for the last 3 months I was there. 4. On the departure, the security deposit, which is suppose to be sent 45 days after check out, has yet to be sent to me almost 3 months later THE NOT SO BAD/POSITIVES 1. From an overall arrival sense, we were greeted very friendly, but not given proper information about setting up the electric and gas with BGE, or the internet with Verizon. Much of what I found out was done through my own intuition or asking others around the property. Again, in my new apartment, I couldnt even move in if I didnt set up the electric/internet prior to move in (should be the standard). In Annapolis Bay, I was charged late fees for not setting up an account properly & could have totally been avoided if I was given a heads up prior to us moving into Annapolis Bay. 2. The pool and gym were well kept and the move in process was relatively quick and efficient. The staff in the front office tried to help me with many of the dilemas during my time there. Overall, I guess I enjoyed my time at Annapolis Bay. This enjoyment could have been a result of me not knowing any better, but as a fresh college graduate when I moved in, Annapolis Bay was a decent apartment for me. I would not recommend it to a friend, but it wasnt the worst place in the world.

    I pick up my keys on the 13th.of October as soon as I walk in. I was welcomed with open arms. Ms. Tyra is always on point my welcome gift package was ready, and I thought it was so cut a little big with a few housewarming items inside.

    I have been living at the Annapolis Bay going on my second year. I must say that, even though this property is an older property, I actually like it here. I have a few reasons why I like living here. Tyra & Damien ! Top-tier professionalism all the time. Tyra works in the rental office( rental agent ). I have to say that she has always been helpful and has always been professional with me whenever I had questions . She has always greeted me with a smile, as I have seen her greeted everyone that comes thru the door with a smile. Tyra is very knowledgeable of her job and when talking to her, she speaks great things about Annapolis Bay. When hearing this type of information it makes me feel that I made the right decision to renew my lease for another year. I also would like to speak about Damien ( maintenance). I have to give Damien his kudos as well. Even though hes a one-man team right now, he is holding it down. Damien is always professional and nice . What I appreciate about him is that I can put in a ticket that morning and usually by the end of day hes here. The other day in fact, I had an issue with my toilet being stopped up. I put in a ticket that morning and by that afternoon I called the rental office and spoke with Tyra. She immediately said she would reach out to Damien( even though) he had a lot of tickets that day . About 20 minutes later he was at my door ready to fix my toilet. With/ in a few minutes he had resolved the toilet issue. I want to say (Thank You) Tyra and Damien for all that you do and your work has not gone unnoticed. Keep up the ( exceptional) work!!!
