Still NOT PAID!!! Oasis marina representative Andy L. sent me an email on January 11th letting me know they would be sending me a reimbursement check for the damages I received to my boat Float Lift at one of their marinas, well it's now February 1st and I still have not received my check. Bad business practices! You received my money on October 30th, and now you want to pass this off to the owner of the marina, a marina you managed and collected my payment for. Take responsibility and do the right thing! Below is my previous post... Oasis manages several marinas. My boat Float Lift was damaged by the lift operator at Rockhold Creek marina. I paid in full for my haul out and power wash, Oasis management collected the money. When I brought this to the attention of Oasis Management, at first they said they would reimburse me for the damage, but then because they were not going to be managing Rockhold Creek marina any longer, they said the owner of the marina would have to reimburse me. That's just avoiding responsibility and really really bad business practice. Shame on you! Write the check, it's only $257. and I paid you $350. so you're still not losing!!!

Marina management is unfamiliar with marina operations. No dock master position on staff. Communication with slipholders is terrible. Staff are afraid to document policy in writing.
