Went in on Friday morning 2/25/22. The store was empty other than the sales associate. She barely acknowledged my entry and continued to look down at something behind the counter. I was hoping to pick out makeup for an upcoming event but really didnt know where to start and had hoped for the assistance of an employee. I walked out and went to Ulta and had success there.

I cannot believe I am writing this review as I am a faithful patron. Today, March 13. 2022 I visited the store as I was looking to purchase some tinted moisturizer. Upon entering the the store I noticed the young lady with red hair was doing someones makeup. Truly understandable, as I have always had associates help me with my shades of color as well. The disturbing thing was, she never acknowledged me or even asked if I needed help. Me feeling a little like I was bothering her I decided to go visit another store and come back. Once again, I arrived and she completely ignored my husband and I. Mind you, if I come back a second time that should alert you I am looking to buy something. I stood there again for ten minutes and she never acknowledged me or bothered to ask me if she could assist me. She was still working on the same lady makeup. Me being frustrated left the store to see if another store was near but the other store was permanently closed. I walked to Sephora and was waited on immediately for the same products I would have purchased at this location. This has really put a sour taste in my mouth as I will most likely not visit this location in the near future due to me feeling like I was bothering someone.
