Genesis of Annapolis

I bought a GV70. It is a great car and I would highly recommend the car. However, I can not recommend Genesis of Annapolis. The service department is terrible. I attempted to make an appt for scheduled maintenance (Oil change and tire rotation...). I called multiple times and had no success reaching a line person. I left messages and never received a return call. I had to call the sales rep that sold me the car in order to get a call back from service. The Valet Service is a joke. When I was able to speak with service for the scheduled maintenance they told me the 1st available date for Valet Service was over a month away. And if I want to bring it in and leave, the 1st available date was 2 weeks away. I ended up taking my car to Genesis of Bowie. When it was time to schedule the 2nd schedule maintenance. I had the same experience. I left messages for service and never heard back from them. I didn't bother calling the sales rep. I just called Genesis of Bowie and made an appt. Annapolis is more convenient, but going forward all of my service is going to be done by Genesis of Bowie.

My car buying experience at Annapolis Hyundai was great! There was a place to park right at the door and I was immediately greeted by a nice young man named Jarryd. He listened carefully to what I wanted, then we found a car on the lot that was a match. He explained all of the features, helped me load my phone information into the car, cleaned out my old car while I was finishing paperwork for the financing, and sent me off with his number in case I had any questions. I am the happy owner of a new Hyundai Santa Fe! Thank you, Annapolis Hyundai!
