Two-O-One Bed & Breakfast

Graham and Bob are friendly hosts who know all about the neighborhood and the best places to visit. You can't beat the location and parking is no problem at the inn's back lot! Nice, comfortable stay. Great value.

My wife and I stayed at Two-O-One Bed & Breakfast for our wedding anniversary in October, and loved our stay. The home is beautiful throughout, the backyard garden is incredible, and hosts Graham and Bob are very friendly and wonderful. The private, gated parking area on the property made us feel like VIPs, given that most all homes in the area must use street parking. We whole-heartedly recommend Two-O-One B & B, and hope to return one day.

My husband and I stayed in the Queen Anne Suite the day we were married at the Annapolis Courthouse. From the very beginning, Graham and Robert were incredible. The room was stellar (a working fire place that Graham and Robert provided a clean burning log for, an enormous tub, and a four-poster bed fit for royalty). Two-O-One is located right in the heart of Annapolis; it was less than a 5 minute walk to the Courthouse. Graham and Robert even recommended restaurants for us. The breakfast was incredible, and I'm still trying to find the Cherry Moon Blossom tea they had. We will be staying again!

This place is very clean and inviting. It's is a old but very well maintain house. A few blocks from the naval academy, local shops, and dining. Has its own gated parking.

This B and B is absolutely beautiful, our room was large with a private bath, the bed was extremely comfortable, in fact one of the best I've slept on considering how much I travel for work. The owners were extremely accommodating and welcoming. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the extensive gourmet breakfast. The free gated parking was a huge plus. We will definitely be back here.
