Cinnabon

The manager on duty this afternoon (1/1/24) is the worst. What a poor representation of what a manager is! Today I went to purchase 4 Cinnabons. I asked if I could get the hot ones under the light, the cashier that was assisting me explained that if I purchased the ones from under the light I would be charged for them individually and reassured me that the ones in the pack were baked today. I was a little disappointed however, its the stores policy. I digressed and asked for an extra cup of frosting as a courtesy. The manager walked up and said No. I explained to her my reasons for asking if I could get it for free. I mean, Im buying cold Cinnabons with one small cup of icing. Asked her why and her response was we already giving you one as if shes doing me a favor. No smile, very cold and blunt with her responses. I asked for the general managers information and she gave me someone elses name. I refunded my complete order.

This is one treat the entire family looks forward to. After having dinner at a local restaurant right there at the mall we got a four pack of the large Cinnabons to go and they were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and very efficient as we had to wait in line but the staff worked at a fast pace to keep the line moving. I highly recommend this location
