Evan was considerate, professional, and very thorough. He made helped get me through one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do (divorce) and made it as painless as possible. I hope I don't need him again but if you do I'd absolutely recommend him!

If I could give zero stars I would . I used Mr. Koslow for a child custody and support case . At the beginning before any actual court proceedings took place we were in the same page , trying to get my daughter 50/50 of the time since I live 15 minutes away from my daughter and she wanted this as much as I did and still do. Instead, of what we talked about, I was blindsided during the court proceedings to make a deal because my chances of this was unlikely. (Obviously if I was told this I wouldnt have wasted the money ). To make a long story short, I had no other choice to take his recommendation to settle, and to take what was offered. I also had to agree to ultimatums made by opposing counsel, as he said the judges would favor them and they would get what they wanted anyway.The child support issue is ongoing, as he and opposing counsel used the wrong wording to be acceptable to the child support agencies. The child support used was also based on my income from overtime. He did nothing to prevent this , and said I can oppose in court, but was unlikely they wouldn't use it. Ive also had some overtime built it was never used in the past . He kept saying Im hes a best interest attorney, but is not what I experienced. He refused finish the job he was paid to do already without more money and to file correct paperwork with opposing counsel. I also paid for contempt filing , but this was never addressed in court of the other parties indiscretions. I am now trying to work with opposing counsel, ultimately a mess I shouldnt have to clean up. The only good thing about him is he responded fast.

Without hesitation, I highly recommend Evan Koslow for any family law matter. His legal experience goes beyond family law, it includes mediation, and all aspects of what is most important, acting as a Best Interest attorney, and more. He does what is best for the children. He is exceptionally bright, his memory is astonishing, hes insightful, and his ethics are beyond reproach. My divorce was high conflict. Far beyond the normal high conflict divorce. My opinion is that Evan tends to under-promise, and over-perform. He was always open to listening to my suggestions and ideas, and I always followed his suggestions. The outcome of every hearing he represented me before was favorable. What is most impressive is that he understands the big picture. He gets whats really important, and whats not, when it comes to the issues at hand. He is concise, fair, and if you find yourself needing his services, I promise you that you will be very well represented!
