        Received a check from my 401k account which was drawn on their bank. Went to the Beards Hill branch and was told they couldn't cash it because they didn't have the funds available I asked if she new when and response was I have no idea, maybe take it to another branch, didn't even offer a suggestion even when I asked. Her best Brilliant advise was take it to your bank and deposit it. Thanks a lot Einstein
