Almost an hour away from home with a broken driver side windshield wiper in a rainstorm... with 2 little kids... pulled into this O'Reilly and 5 minutes later it was fixed and I was on my way. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and made my very stressful morning 10x better. Thank you!

These guys are the best! They actually care about what they are doing and go the extra mile. I once left the store with an unanswered technical question regarding specialty fluid specs and looking for a substitute . An hour later I got a phone call with we did a little research and have what youre looking for always my first stop!!

Ive been going to the OReilly in Yarmouth for years. Usually they are EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. NOT this time. Wasted my time. I broke my rear windshield wiper arm in this last storm. I went into the store and the manager was frantic, working the desk alone. I asked for help and I showed her my broken windshield arm, which she threw away w/ good blade still attatched. After she realized it was the arm, not the blade, she dug the good wiper out of the trash, and then had to order the arm. She told me to come back in a couple of hrs and someone could help me install it. I went back, asked again for help replacing the windshield arm ($48) and the man at the counter said absolutely not( while the manager stood near by) that he would not help. Ridiculous waste of my time. Ill never go back. Terrible customer service.
