Jack A Shaw & Sons was contracted by the town to grade the town road leading to our house. In the process they managed to rip our internet cable (that we paid thousands of dollars to have installed) right off of the utility pole. When I walked down the road to see why the internet had gone out the operator of the grader said, "Would you believe a strong wind came through here?" Making a joke after a collosal mistake that made it impossible for my wife to work remotely from her home, in the middle of a pandemic where she cannot work anywhere else, was tasteless and unprofessional on top of sloppy work.

Jason Shaw was a joy to work with, was always polite and eager to answer my million questions. Thanks to Shaw, I have a new leach field. They graded everything beautifully, and left my place in better shape than it was in when they showed up
