Bought brand new Valley in 2004. Sonya was great, service dept was outstanding. Traded it in for a larger( used Bison 3 horse slant) trailer in 2010 and again very happy with Sonya, and the crew. Whenever we had a question they had the answer, always there with advice and help when needed. Even though my horse ownership years have passed I still recommend Will's to everyone.

Great experience. very knowledgeable. The best prices I could find I drove all the way up from Massachusetts it was a 3-hour drive but it was worth it. I just needed a utility trailer because I don't have a pickup and I found the 5x10 rock solid trailer fit my needs low clearance and a car could tow it. it actually may be more trailer than I need. my car curb weight is 4, 500lbs & just over 300hp the trailer weighs 950ish. I only felt it on the hills I was able to set the cruise control at 66 to 69 with no problems. I only bought the trailer for 20 mi radius pick up runs. it should last me an easy 20 years. they describe the trailer so well on the phone call I didn't even have to look at it first I just paid for it and picked it up a week later.
