This company is formed by respectful, honest, hardworking humans that really strive to make you happy with your living accommodations. Sink leaking? Stove being funky? Brett will send George or Mike over in a hot minute to fix it for you! They don't just "fix" issues either. They take the time to find the underlying issue and resolve it. This is the best apartment I have had the chance to build my life in. Its clean, VERY well maintained and I could not have asked for a better land lord. They are so fair, compassionate and super reliable. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for making the renting experience so easy and stress free!

I rented a small apt with Brett and Standard Management starting summer of 2020. The apartment was remodeled and well priced. Brett was great with communication and very fair. When I noticed a leak in the basement there was a plumber there to fix it the next day. Recently, when I had to move unexpectedly I contacted Srini with Standard and he was a huge help. They helped me rent the apartment to another person within the week and were very flexible with letting me out of my lease. I would highly recommend renting from Standard, they have the best units in Waterville with the best service in my experience.
