        When Patricia didn't get her way, she bullied a bunch of tenants until they moved and then doubled the rent. If she feels she will lose money be forwarned, she thinks she is above the law and will go about her business in anyway she feels fit, including swearing at the top of her lungs at you, harassing with phone calls and going about business in illegal, immoral, and an outright sociopathic ways. Behind closed doors, this woman has no conscience and is money hungry.
